The ninth-grader totaled 22 points including seven in the second half in which the Eagles trailed going into, 36-35. East outscored the Knights 22-8 in the a third quarter, and Kellin McCullough (15) drained three shots from behind the arc, going 4-for-4 at the line. Micah Johnson (14) added four field goals and five points in the third quarter. For McQuaid, Patrick Tehan (12) led a 21-point fourth quarter for the Knights with three field goals and three-of-four foul shots. Ian Florence hit two three pointers in the first quarter and finished with 15 points on the night. Isiah Anderson (13) added three from beyond the arc and Chris Woodward (14) tacked on six field goals. Lipscomb scored 15 of his 26 points in the second quarter to lift the Inventors to a 33-23 advantage heading into the locker room. Larkins scored 10 in the third and six more in the fourth and finished with 20 points as Edison held off Wilson. Jabari Johnson added 12 points in the win. Tyler Bethea (8) and Chris Taggart (3) also scored for Edison. Wilson’s Dasiah White matched Lipsomb with 26 points including 10 in the fourth quarter. Dolcin Flood had 12 points for the Wildcats. Michael Cathey recorded his third double-double with 13 points and 14 rebounds. Mikell Timmons added five points in the first half. For WOIS, Jaedon Adams-Griffin scored all of his 24 points in the first quarter with five from beyond the arc. Yacoub Tarawally added 14 points, and Diego Martinez (9) had seven points in the fourth quarter. Ibrahim Bangura tacked on five field goals.

For Vertus, Jayden Ridley-Smith led the team with 15 points including nine in a 22-point third quarter for the Warriors. Terrance Clark and Reginald Pough each had 13 points. Talhah Ali (6), Na’Shan Wade (6), E’mere Fulton (5), Dah’mere Brown (2) and Marcus Ridley (2) were the other scorers for Vertus.

McDonald scored 14 points on 7-of-11 shooting, grabbed 10 rebounds and handed seven assists. Miller had 11 points and 13 rebounds in the win. Coleman connected on 6-of-8 from the floor including 2-of-4 from behind the 3-point arc for a game-high 18 points to go with 10 rebounds. He also had four steals. Evariste Omebe scored 14 points. Ethan Canfield collected six points, four rebounds and two assists, and Dawson Wadsworth added six points and dished out four assists. Cam Smith poured in 17 of his game-high 34 points in the fourth quarter as Bloomfield pulled away from a one-possession game to mark the first career win for new head coach Brandon Gingher. Leading 39-37 after 24 minutes of play, Smith connected on three of his five 3-pointers in the game, added a pair of other field goals and converted four-of-five free throws over the final eight minutes of action. Shem Gossage finished with 12 points in the win. Tyler Rogers had eight. Jon Nelson (3) and Braeden Moore (2) also contributed to the Bloomfield offense. Gingher is 2016 Avon graduate. Nick Slavick led Dundee/Bradford with 13 points and nine rebounds in the loss. Logan Buchanan dropped 12 points and had five blocks, while Ryan McTamney added 11 points.
