Andrew O’Neill and Casey Montesano connected on first-half goals, and McQuaid advanced to the Class AA state title for the second time in seven years. Trey Leo added a second-half goal. Jacob Sevene, Kevin Miller and Colin Shanahan each had an assist in the game. Niyen Ruffin had five saves for the shutout. McQuaid will face Scarsdale (I) in Sunday’s championship game.
