Noah Hill flung a go-ahead, 21-yard touchdown pass to Juelz Russel in the back of the end zone late in the final stanza to keep UPrep undefeated. Hill and Russel connected three times throughout the contest for a total of 33 yards. Overall, Hill went 14-of-24 from the pocket for 173 yards. Senior running back Christopher Jean accumulated 21 carries, 109 yards and scored the first touchdown of the game in the second quarter. RaeJoughn Yeomas led the stingy defense with 11 1/2 tackles. Junior linebacker Jahzier Vega followed up with 10 1/2 and recorded a quarterback hurry. Devon Farley, Dezmere Favor and Isaiah Moonschein all posted a sack. Farley and Moonschein both added a pair of quarterback hurries and two tackles for loss while Favor had one takedown for lost yardage. Jean and Jaylyn Melton both picked off a pass. Jean forced a fumble and defended a pass as well.

Matthew Bean posted a trio of touchdowns as Livonia dominated with 385 yards of offense and notched its second straight win. The senior quarterback galloped to the house on two of his six scrambles which totaled 28 yards and completed 5-of-6 passes for 65 yards and a touchdown. Jack Kearney was successful at the line of scrimmage, compiling 97 rushing yards and a pair of scores on 17 carries. Junior running back Kyle Weterrings followed up with 11 handoffs, 83 yards and a touchdown. Kristoffer Amadeo and Owen Weterrings both picked off a pass on defense.
DANSVILLE/WAYLAND-COHOCTON (3-4) 23

Zaiden VanDurme-Blackmon registered four tackles and two interceptions, including one with 34 seconds remaining, as Dansville/Wayland-Cohocton held Wayne to 70 rushing yards and snapped the Eagles’ four-game win streak. Blackmon’s other interception was a pick-six as part of his two-touchdown performance in which he also scored on the ground. Elijah Bender and Nathaniel Gardner combined for 27 tackles and three sacks. Bender led with 16 tackles and three sacks while Gardner racked up 11 takedowns. Gardner recorded 79 rushing yards and a score on offense as well.

Cadearrell Sneed, Jr. ignited East Rochester’s offense with three touchdowns to lift the Bombers and hand Penn Yan/Dundee its first loss of the season. The sophomore running back burst to the house on runs of four, 46 and 17 yards, respectively. Sneed recorded two of his three scores in the final stanza as well as he finished with 16 carries and 168 rushing yards. Senior wideout Manuel Sepulveda utilized his ball-hawking skills on defense to house a 55-yard pick-six and give the Bombers a 16-14 lead they wouldn’t relinquish. Michael Daniels scored a 56-yard kickoff return touchdown as time expired. The senior running back unloaded 185 yards on 19 touches, including a 61-yard burst, and led the defense with six tackles. Daniels added a sack and tackle for loss. Senior quarterback Brayden Dohse contributed a score via a one-yard keeper. Britton Delmadoros forced a fumble. Penn Yan’s Carter Earl completed five passes for 149 yards and two touchdowns, Earl also gained 78 yards on eight carries. Nick Slavick rushed for 90 yards and one touchdown on 14 carries. Bryant Van Housen had 13 carries for 58 yards and a touchdown. Caden Dixon made four receptions for 148 yards and two touchdowns to round out the Mustangs’ offense. Jaxson Enos led the Penn Yan defense with 10 tackles and an interception. Slavick had eight tackles and an interception. Tony Sciallo finished with eight tackles and a sack. Hunter Sheehan had seven tackles and returned a fumble for a touchdown.

Jackson Fix recorded a pair of touchdowns to pace Le Roy to its third straight victory. The junior running back galloped for 55 yards and one score in the first half before switching to quarterback in the final two quarters and connecting with Cal Koukides for a 21-yard touchdown. Fix led the defense with two fumble recoveries as well. Adrian Stephens tossed a 17-yard touchdown pass to Merritt Holly. Defensively, Ryan Higgins recovered a fumble while Connor Hegemon and Xavier Walker both picked off a pass as the Oatkan Knights pitched their second straight shutout.

MARCUS WHITMAN/BLOOMFIELD (1-6) 6
Lawrence Duncan scored one of Haverling’s five touchdowns as the Rams displayed a balanced offense to improve over .500 with a week left in the regular season. The sophomore wideout impacted the trenches with 167 rushing yards on eight touches. Ethan Narby punched in a team-high two scores among his seven carries totaling 84 yards. The senior running back posted six tackles on defense as well. Jordan Miller-Vogt contributed six handoffs, 27 rushing yards and one score. Gage Thomas and Dylan Wenban connected for a 62-yard scoring play. Defensively, Cameron Seager dominated the line of scrimmage with 10 tackles, including two for loss. Junior defensive back Justice Crooks forced a fumble which was recovered by Caden Minnich. Ezra Hoad recorded an interception and tipped pass. Senior linebacker William Clarke had three of his four tackles result in negative yardage.

ALEXANDER (6-0, No. 8 NYSSWA Class D) 32
Ben Merrill hauled in three touchdown grabs among four catches as Alexander rolled to a shutout victory on Senior Night. The senior wideout was the beneficiary of two touchdowns in the first half courtesy of Tyler Marino. Then, on the opening drive of the third quarter, Marino and Merrill connected for a 55-yard score. Merrill accounted for 137 of Marino’s 164 passing yards and recorded an interception on defense as well. Marino added a 90-yard pick-six in the second period by snagging an interception at the Trojans’ 10-yard line. Junior quarterback Trenton Woods rounded out the scoring with a four-yard keeper in the third quarter. Richard Townley became the first Trojan to run for 100 yards in a game, amassing 114 via 16 carries. The senior running back had six tackles, forced a fumble and picked off a pass on defense. Mason Bump posted six tackles as well.

Richard Brice unleashed five touchdowns in three quarters to lead Avon’s offensive outburst in a second straight win. The senior quarterback scrambled into the end zone on runs of seven, 15 and 10 yards, respectively, and connected with Darrik Graham for a pair of scores. Brice accounted for the first 18 points of the contest as well. The 5-foot-11 quarterback registered 132 passing yards on five completions and 38 rushing yards on 11 direct snaps. Jake Driscoll and Wesley Farley rounded out the scoring with a rushing touchdown each. Farley burst through the line of scrimmage for a 17-yard score in the third quarter. Driscoll punched in a three-yard sprint in the final stanza. Farley guided the ground game with 18 carries and 103 yards while Driscoll picked up 38 yards on six touches. Graham’s touchdown catches were his lone receptions totaling 82 yards. Brice and Driscoll both recorded four and a half tackles to lead the defense. For Cuba-Rushford/Hinsdale, Eli Sleggs found Finnian Ricketts for a 23-yard touchdown.
NOTRE DAME BATAVIA (4-2) 19

Jay Antinore connected with Jaden Sherwood on a 13-yard strike early in the fourth for the go-ahead touchdown as Notre Dame-Batavia put together back-to-back wins. Antinore completed 9-of-18 passes on the day for 111 yards. Hayden Groff rushed for 60 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries. James Fanara made five receptions for 45 yards. Bryceton Berry caught four passes for 69 yards, and Ryan Fitzpatrick had three catches for 24 yards. George Woodruff led the ND-B defense with nine tackles including four solo efforts. Brodie Schie made eight tackles. Austin Pittman found paydirt from 26 yards out to give Cal-Mum/Byron-Bergen an early 7-0 lead. Teammate Malachi Smith matched the effort with a 26-yard scamper midway through the third third quarter to tie the game at 13. Garett Thompson rushed for 73 yards on 16 carries to lead the Raiders. Thompson also made 12 tackles (five solos) to lead the Cal-Mum/Byron-Bergen defense. Jackson Peet had nine tackles while James Starowitz and Rugar Starowitz finished with eight tackles apiece.

A quick two touchdown scoring burst late in the third quarter provided the margin of victory as Roy-Hart/Barker/Lyndonville celebrated Homecoming by defeating Lew-Port 23-7 in an interdivisional game this evening at Middleport. READ MORE.

Behind the blocking of JJ Gabbey, Octavius Martin, Jayden Mast, Jayden Bridge, Ben Steinberg and Caleb Felski, Tyson Totten took over the game in the second half rushing for over 230 yards as Pembroke erased an early deficit to win its fifth straight game. A play-action pass from Totten to Cayden Pfazler on the last play of the third quarter put Pembroke up 21-12 and the Dragons held on from there. Totten rushed for 260 yards and two touchdowns. The junior also threw for one touchdown. Pfalzer scored once on the ground and another through the air. Jayden Mast and Caleb Felski led defense with 13 tackles apiece. Pfalzer, Totten and Jeremey Gabbey each had 11 tackles each. Kicker Sean Pustulka converted 4-of-4 extra points. Bolivar-Richburg scored first for a 6-0 lead.
