Drew Pagano threw three of his eight completions for touchdowns as Webster Schroeder scored 21 points in the opening period en route to remaining undefeated with one week left in the regular season. The senior quarterback amassed 139 passing yards on 12 attempts and scrambled for 39 more yards on four carries. Junior running back Anthony DeRosa sprinted for 133 yards and a touchdown on 13 touches. Justin Maier and Torance Washington both hauled in a pair of scores on single-digit receptions. Washington finished with five catches for 70 yards while Maier reeled in three balls totaling 68 yards. Junior quarterback Andrew Hilfiker contributed a touchdown pass.

The day after being ranked the No. 8 team in the state, East/World of Inquiry hung eight touchdowns to charge to a 28-point victory. Senior running back Amari Young tore up the turf for 227 yards and five scores on 21 touches. Zymeir Jackson registered 171 passing yards on nine completions, 29 rushing yards and a touchdown to Kelvin Shepard. Shepard finished with two catches totaling 71 yards. Senior defensive end Nigel Taye Copeland recorded six tackles, including one for loss, and blocked a field goal resulting in a 75-yard scoop-and-score. Perrion Williams posted five tackles, including three sacks.

Sherman Carson sprinted to the right sideline and snuck inside the pylon for a 20-yard touchdown run to lift Eastridge to a walk-off win. It was Carson’s second score of the contest as part of his six-carry, 62-yard performance. He hauled in three balls for 59 extra yards as well. Amere Rodgers had a team-high 16 carries resulting in 60 rushing yards. Zack Bonazza, Benny Kiefer and Ian Schneeberger all recorded a sack and tackle for loss. Bonazza led with 12 tackles, Kiefer followed up with eight and Schneeberger contributed five.
