The junior quarterback galloped for 134 yards on three carries and went 3-of-5 for 76 yards from the pocket. Defensively, Karl Khuns led with five tackles, including four resulting in lost yardage, two quarterback hurries, a forced fumble and recovery.

Tyler Martinovich threw three of his four completions for touchdowns as Brighton dominated for the road win. The junior quarterback connected with Daniel Johnson, Alex Miller and Thomas Welker for scores. Miller’s touchdown catch was one of his two tallies as he housed an 82-yard pick-six as well. The senior running back recorded six tackles on defense while Johnson posted five and a half. Kaleb Matthews guided the defense with 10 1/2 tackles. For Spencerport, Tyquan Green Dees carried the offense with 129 rushing yards and one score via 19 touches. Junior fullback Jack Vickers scored a touchdown. Tyran Hoyte had three solo tackles and three assisted tackles.

Drew Pagano continued the script on a stellar season with five touchdowns to lead Webster Schroeder. The senior quarterback completed 12-of-16 passes for 205 yards and tossed four touchdowns. Pagano added a 15-yard scramble to the end zone. Senior wideout Torance Washington reeled in 158 yards worth of offense and two touchdowns among his seven balls. Junior wide receiver Gavin Horton caught a pair of scores among his four snatches and threw a one-yard touchdown. Jason Leonardo and Tyler Washington both contributed a receiving touchdown. Kaleb Juliano produced eight carries and 70 rushing yards.

EAST/WORLD OF INQUIRY (6-0, No. 9 NYSSWA Class A) 35
Marcus Moore and Amari Young both scored a pair of touchdowns as East/World of Inquiry protected home turf with its fourth win at East High School. Young torched Arcadia’s defense for 132 yards and two scores in the trenches on 12 carries. Moore caught a touchdown among his three receptions for 68 yards and took a pass he picked off in the end zone all the way to the house. Anthony Hampton and Edwin Spencer both accumulated 13 tackles, including one for loss.

Mekhi Christensen led a furious rushing attack in which Irondequoit accumulated 335 yards on the ground and held Brockport to 110 net yards. The senior running back found paydirt on runs of 25, nine and 12 yards out. Lamere Smith led the Eagles with 23 carries and 105 rushing yards en route to one touchdown. Senior linebacker Andre Bigham commanded the defense with 14 tackles. Jordan Nolan picked off two passes along with four tackles. Cameron Freeman snagged an interception as well.

DANSVILLE/WAYLAND-COHOCTON (2-4) 20
Aiden Anderson scored two of Batavia’s six touchdowns as the Blue Devils’ balanced offense resulted in their third road win of the season. Both of Anderson’s touchdowns came at the end of the first half as he punched in a pair of three-yard scampers. This gave the Blue Devils a commanding 27-0 advantage. Anderson concluded the contest with 109 rushing yards on 14 carries. Mekhi Fortes, Cole Grazioplene, Zaylon Griffin and Carter McFollins all contributed a touchdown. McFollins turned on the jets for a 90-yard kickoff return to the house to start the game. Griffin took off for 65 of his 82 rushing yards on one play to the house in the fourth quarter. Senior quarterback Ja’Vin McFollins contributed to moving the chains with 121 passing yards on 7-of-11 from the pocket. Garrett Schmidt led the defense with 10 tackles. Junior linebacker Joseph Marranco followed up with eight, including one for loss. Vincent Arroyo hauled in an interception along with his five tackles. For Dansville/Wayland-Cohocton, Nickolas Belanger connected with Zaiden VanDurme-Blackmon on a 25-yard touchdown in the third period to break the shutout. Blackmon added 78 rushing yards as well. Jackson Zangerle galloped for a 13-yard score to cap off the contest’s scoring. Nathaniel Gardner led the defense with 10 tackles.

Sean Nellis threw for 91 yards and a touchdown to lead Wayne to its fourth straight win. The senior quarterback picked off a pass on defense as well. Alek Reynolds nailed a 34-yard field goal and snatched an interception. Elijah Mackey and Elliott Santos both recorded a sack.

Christopher Shearing scrambled for a five-yard touchdown plus two-point conversion late in the fourth quarter to clinch a bounce-back victory for Lecthworth/Warsaw/Perry. The score was in response to Haverling’s touchdown two minutes beforehand to cut the Indians’ lead to 7-6. Shearing helped his team maintain possession and ball control with 13 direct snaps for 92 rushing yards. Then on defense, the senior quarterback led with six tackles, including one for loss. Bailey Schnell accounted for the only score of the first three quarters with a three-yard touchdown run in the opening stanza. The junior running back guided the ground game with 94 yards on 19 handoffs. For Haverling, Justin Yehl found Zachary Musso for a 46-yard bomb with seven minutes left in the contest. Yehl led with 120 passing yards on eight completions. Ethan Narby had 64 rushing yards and nine tackles and one forced fumble on defense. Gavin Price was active with 12 tackles, including two for loss and one sack, one tipped pass and a forced fumble. William Clarke blocked a field goal along with his five tackles. Larry Duncan forced a fumble and had six tackles as well.

Drew Strollo threw two touchdowns as the signal caller in the first half and rushed for two more in the second half as Le Roy raced to a 27-8 lead and never looked back. Strollo’s two touchdown passes, both to Jack Tonzi, combined for 67 yards. The junior running back accumulated 140 yards on 17 carries. Tony Piazza scored two rushing touchdowns of his own while Jackson Fix contributed one. Bryce Lathan led the defense with seven tackles, including one for loss. Tonzi followed up with six tackles. Ryan Higgins and Keegan Park both recorded three tackles for loss. For Vertus, Josiah Granville and Von’Joseph Praylor both scored a touchdown.

Maddox Timothy accounted for all the offense with four touchdowns as York/Pavilion pulled away with 16 fourth-quarter points. The senior quarterback used his legs to scramble into the end zone on three of his 14 direct snaps which resulted in 61 rushing yards. Timothy completed 10-of-15 passes from the pocket for 106 yards and a touchdown pass to Jacob Pangrazio as well. Junior linebacker Tanner Hodges led the defense with nine tackles. Ryan Brady and Tyler Brady both followed up with seven. Tyler Brady recorded an interception. Francis Grant and John Philips both recovered a fumble. Philips blocked a field goal as well.

Wesley Farley punched in four touchdowns, including three in the second half, to help Avon pull away and even its record with two weeks left in the regular season. Clinging to a 24-18 lead at halftime, the sophomore running back quickly got to work with a two-yard score midway through the third period. Then in the final stanza, Farley rolled off touchdown runs of 31 and 45 yards, respectively, to punctuate a second half in which the Braves outscored Geneseo/Mount Morris, 28-0. The 5-foot-6 running back’s lone score in the first half was a 14-yard burst in the second quarter to give the Braves a 16-12 lead they wouldn’t relinquish. Farley finished with 203 yards on 25 carries and led the defense with six tackles, including one and a half for loss. Richard Brice kept the game close with two of his three touchdowns through the first two periods, including the go-ahead four-yard run at the 4:38 mark of the opening quarter. The senior quarterback put the game out of reach with a two-yard scamper near the end of the third quarter for a commanding 38-18 advantage. Overall, Brice did most of his damage with his legs, compiling 85 yards on 20 scrambles. Junior wideout Remy Greenwood racked up 52 yards on four catches and picked off a pass to go along with his five and a half tackles. For Geneseo/Mount Morris, senior quarterback Ryan Whitney provided all the offense with three rushing touchdowns.

Trenton Woods only needed six carries and six passes to total four touchdowns as Alexander scored on its first six drives and cruised to a road win. The junior quarterback tossed a pair of touchdown passes to Kaden Lyons and Ben Merrill in the opening period. Woods connected with Lyons again in the second quarter before capping off his night with an eight-yard keeper in the third stanza. Senior running back Richard Townley gave the Trojans a commanding 34-0 advantage with a two-yard paydirt run for one of his eight carries totaling 65 yards. Junior defensive back Tyler Marino rounded out the scoring with a 50-yard pick-six. Mason Bump, Lyons and Townley all led the defense with seven tackles each.

Noah Currier totaled five touchdowns as Oakfield-Alabama/Elba topped 40 points for the fifth time in six contests. The senior running back only needed six tries to unload 131 yards and three touchdowns via the trenches. Currier hauled in a 32-yard scoring ball from Bodie Hyde and hustled for a 60-yard scoop-and-score. Hyde followed up with three touchdowns, including two with his arm. The junior quarterback’s other touchdown pass was to Avery Watterson. Hyde sprinted 121 yards on five direct snaps, including once to the house, and recorded eight tackles and a fumble recovery on defense. The senior linebacker duo of Brayden Smith and Aiden Warner both posted 10 tackles, including one for loss. Gage Chamberlain forced a fumble along with his six tackles. Austin Pangrazio broke up a pass and recorded seven tackles, including one for negative yardage. For Caledonia-Mumford/Byron-Bergen, Austin Pittman and Garett Thompson both rushed for a touchdown.

Collin Cox threw three of his four completions for touchdowns as Canisteo-Greenwood came out on top in a matchup of undefeated, state-ranked squads. The junior quarterback’s touchdown passes were for 60, 10 and six yards, respectively, as he connected with J.J. Reese twice and Paiton Davis once. Reese added a two-point conversion as well. Senior running back Keegan Foote eclipsed 1,200 rushing yards on the season with his 160-yard performance. For Bolivar-Richburg, Ethan Coleman scored a 43-yard rushing touchdown.

Tyson Totten’s four touchdowns broke the program record for career scores as Pembroke exploded for 58 points in a Homecoming victory. The junior running back scrambled for 188 yards. Caleb Felski and Cayden Pfalzer both contributed a touchdown. Octavius Martin led the defense with 15 tackles. Jacob Dulski and Pfalzer both recorded an interception. Jayden Mast blocked a punt while Eric Von Kramer posted a sack.
