Chase Sackett, Jacob Sova and Jacob Murray combined on a two-hitter, and the Amazins claimed their second consecutive victory over the Sawx, 7-0. Sackett started on the rubber and struck out three, allowing a hit and a walk through three frames. The left-hander retired nine of 11 faced, including the final six batters in order. Sova relieved through the next three innings, striking out five batters and issuing three walks. The Greece Athena junior struck out four of the final seven he faced and left the bases loaded in the sixth.

Murray closed out the game by retiring three of the final four batters with two strikeouts. Owen Cuba went 2-for-3 with two RBI coming off a one-out double in the bottom of the sixth to end the scoring. The Honeoye sophomore singled and came around to score on Garrett McNeil’s two-run double with two down in the fourth. Murray singled earlier in the frame to score Svante Perez. Paul Stevens took advantage of an error in the first to open the scoring, after stealing second and advancing on a passed ball. Brody Swan had a base hit and a run.
For the Sawx, Tyler Gordner started and struck out two batters through three hitless innings. The hurler retired nine of 12 batters and allowed two walks. Dylan Dumont and Noah Gressell each had a hit.

Liam Eshelman led the way on the mound and provided most of the offense in a three-run top of the fifth to catapult Pale Hose to their third straight win. Eshelman started on the mound and struck out five batters through five innings of two-hit ball. The right-hander retired 14 of 17 batters including setting down the side in the first and fifth frames in order, on the way to picking up the victory. The Victor senior reached on an infield single in the fifth to score Antonio Jorge. Alex Sassaman scored on an error the same play after singling earlier in the frame. Shane Talbot scored on an error with two outs, and doubled in the top of the third to plate Jorge. Sassaman connected for a sacrifice fly with one out in the first to open the scoring. Carson Clar closed the game through the final two innings, and struck out two batters and allowed one hit before retiring the final four batters in order. Patrick Altpeter had a base hit. For the Bombers, Alex Frisone had an RBI-groundout in the bottom of the third to plate Jace Crawford, who walked to open the frame. Jacob DiCicco pitched the final two innings on the mound and struck out two batters, retiring the final five in order. Crawford and Andrew Runke both had a hit.
