Mendon benefited from an onslaught of hitting (16 total), headlined by a six-run third. That inning consisted of four hits, including RBI doubles by Jake Miller and Eric Krowl. Miller finished 3-for-4 at the plate, with three RBI. Cameron Blauvert, Brendan Kane, Forney, and Shadders all had two hits, as Blauvert recorded three RBI and one apiece for Kane and Forney. Daniel Mariani picked up the win on the mound, striking out seven, while giving up four hits over the course of four innings. Noah Lerner-Morelle and Ryan Downing added three strikeouts, giving up one hit over the final three innings. Gates Chili finished with five hits, scoring their only run on an RBI-single by Charlie Healey that scored Regan Clancy, on the fourth at-bat of the game. Healey went two for three, with an RBI.

Dom Morsch worked two and a third for the save. The junior right-hander came on with bases loaded, two outs and set down the first batter he faced on strikes. Aidan Cook allowed one hit, no earned runs, walking four, over a complete game. The junior struck out nine and is holding opposing hitters to .200 on the season. The Patriots began the scoring in the bottom of the first, thanks to back-to-back sacrifice flies by Alexander Young and Robert Wing, after a double from Thomas DiFranco. After a double play in the second, Aiden Pellow singled to the left side, driving home Austin Dillenbeck, the lone runner as a result of a bunt single in the first at-bat of the frame. Pellow moved to second on a balk, then came hustled around the bases to score the fourth run, after Thomas DiFranco was the beneficiary of an infield error. Brockport scored their only runs in the sixth after an error and a two-out, RBI single brought David D’Ambrosia home.

Bronx Buchholz struck out eight and did not allow an earned run in a complete-game effort. Bronx allowed six hits and a walk. Mekhi Fortes paced the offense going 2-for-3 with a double, a run scored and three RBI. Dane Dombrowski went 2-for-3 with a double. run scored and an RBI. Cole Grazioplene was 1-for-3 with two runs scored.

Jake Wiepert did not allow an earned run over four innings, and CJ Mangone connected on a pair of hits as Aquinas won its sixth straight game. Wiepert struck out four while allowing two unearned runs on three walks and three three hits. Mangone hurled a scoreless seventh to notch the save. Mangone led the game with the first of three straight walks that the Li’l Irish worked. Will Scanlon’s two-out single gave AQ a lead it did not surrender at 2-0. Mangone singled and scored on fielder’s choice in the second. Robert McCullough walked and scored on a Wiepert single to give Aquinas a 4-0 lead in the fourth. Canandaigua’s Sam Boock 2-for-3 with an RBI and a run scored. AJ DeBalso and Matthew Pawlicki both singled and scored. Nate Barone drove in a run with a hit.

Miguel Matos and Luis Rivera led the way with solo-home runs, both coming in an eight-run third inning. Matos finished with three hits, two RBI, and two runs. Rivera added another RBI, and came home three times. Victor Arroyo led-off with a triple, gathering three hits, two RBI and two runs. Tomas Hernandez had a hit and three RBI. Michael Conrow came on to pitch in relief of Pedro Garcia in the fourth inning, striking out five of the seven batters faced, including three straight to end the five-inning affair. Henry Conway went two for three, with an RBI and a run scored for Lyons. Anthony Hartwell had a hit and two RBI. The game was part of the East Tournament which will continue on April 30th when Waterloo meets Greece Olympia/Odyssey. The championship (3 pm) and consolation (noon) will take place on Saturday, May 7th.

Daniel McAliney and Brennan Garlock combined to only give up one run over seven innings, totaling four strikeouts, three walks, and three hits. The scoring started out in the bottom of the third, as senior, Aidan Stewart lined a a two-out single to center off a 1-1 count, that drove home two runs for the Knights. The single drove home Dominic Romano, who drew a one-out walk, and Will Taylor, who beat out an infield single in the next at-bat. Will Russotti continued the scoring in the fourth, with a bases-loaded double, following a bunt-single by Connor Antonelli and hard ground ball to left-field by Luca Ciaramitaro, and a walk by CJ Phelps to start the inning. Senior, Tanner Degrazia capped the scoring for the Knights, dropping a two-out, three-RBI triple, in the fifth. The only run for the Red Raiders came in the seventh, of a two-out single by pinch-hitter Brenden Dukat, bringing around Jason Schiltz, who reached on an error to open the inning.

Gabe Ward threw the entire outing, retiring eight batters, and giving up three hits, over five innings. The junior also added two hits. Aiden Rodgers and Aaron Walsh finished two hits and two RBI, apiece, while Braedon Smith contributed two doubles. For the Big Green, Ryan Lester and Charlie grove had hits, while the lone RBI belonged to senior, Owen Hulbert.

Evan Masten dealt a no-hitter through five innings, collecting 11 of the 15 out via strikeout. Masten walked two and hit one batter. Jack Browne went two for three, with an RBI, and a run scored. Andrew Rowland was two for two, with scoring three times. Talent Rivera and Trevor Stroud both had a hit in their only at-bat. Rivera had two RBI, with Stroud picking up one via a double.

Cal-Mum stayed undefeated. Junior, Casey Decker had the best performance at the plate, going 3-for-3, with an RBI and scoring once. Jeremy Raymond got the win on the mound, striking out five, allowing five hits, and giving up the two Geneseo runs, through four and two-thirds innings. Senior, Jake Cappotelli held Geneseo scoreless in relief. Cappotelli went two for four in the box, and display his speed on the base-path, stealing two bags, and scoring a run. Kyle Wade and Scott Essig both went one for two, with Essig recording an RBI. Phillip Dotterweich and Sean McCaughey both had two hits for Geneseo.

The Wellsville offense collected 11 runs off 11 total hits, while Ty Vogel was superb on the hill in his four-inning start, striking out 11 Hornell batters while walking six in his no decision. Cooper Brockway would wind up collecting his first Varsity win with two strikeouts, and four walks. At the plate, Alex Green went a perfect 4-for-4 with a double, RBI and two runs scored. Oakfield scored 17 in the second, and ended the night early, with numerous multi-hit performances. Colton Yasses went the entire game on the mound, striking out eight, walkings two and sacrificing only two hits in the five inning outing. The junior, was three for six at the plate, with three RBI. Kaden Cusmano was perfect, going four for four with three RBI, a home run shy of hitting the cycle. Aiden Warner had three hits and three RBI. Bodie Hyde was three for three, with one RBI. David Schnaufer and Gaige Armbrewster each had two hits, Armbrewster picking up an RBI. Cooper Colantonio had three RBI, off one hit, and three walks drawn.
