Carter Clark finished with two hits on the day and highlighted a two-out rally in the fourth inning with a single that brought home a pair of runs. Luke Schofield also collected a pair of base knocks including a single to cap the decisive frame in which the Cadets pulled away from a three-all tie. Clark came in with a relief effort, putting in a four and a third inning performance where he racked up six strikeouts opposed to three hits allowed. Michael Whelehan and Brady Gerig had a duo of hits apiece. James Capellupo and Steven Kraus shared the performance singling and bringing a runner home. Michael Heise and and Jeffrey Broadnax singled.

James Stanek, Connor Sackett and Dylan Norton each had a single for Fairport. Braden Consaul scored for the Red Raiders.

Jake Weiss hurled a complete game on the rubber for Penfield, striking out seven batters. Aiden Cook went 2-for-3 at the plate and scored twice. Austin Dillenbeck also went 2-for-3, scored three runners and had a double.

Frank Grad and Anthony DiMarco finished with a pair of hits apiece for Spencerport, with DiMarco tripling. Josh Winter had an RBI single, and Marcello produced a hit and a RBI. Winter also started on the mound for the Rangers. Cian O’Keefe and Shaun Cannon singled.

Kadyn Hartel struck out 13 in a two-hit shutout to lead Rush-Henrietta at the Ripken Experience in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Hartel retired 12 of 13 batters from the beginning of the second inning to the first out of the sixth and did not allow a runner past second base for the game. Elizabeth Gleghorn tripled and scored on a Carly Sobaszek RBI groundout in the first inning. Sarah Daley added a pair of insurance runs with a one-out triple in the seventh. Katie Militello and Emily Sherron both scored on Daley’s three-bagger. Samantha Williams added a fourth-inning double. Sobaszek also had a base hit. Olivia Sheffer walked and stole a base.
