Leila Rosario hit two of her five 3-pointers in overtime as part of her 17-point night and Irondequoit won for the third time in four games. The Eagles jumped out to a 14-10 on the strength of eight-straight points from Amiyah Nunn as part of her game-high 19 points. Thomas clamped down on defense in the second quarter forcing multiple Irondequoit turnovers. The Titans closed the first half on a 19-1 run to take a nine-point halftime lead. Teagan Baylor scored seven of her 14 points in the second quarter. Thomas maintained its edge throughout the third quarter, but Irondequoit cut the lead to two with the quarter ending 38-36 in favor of Thomas. Irondequoit tied the game with the first bucket in the fourth, but Thomas kept the lead for most of the frame until Maeve Brennan scored the last four points in regulation to send the game to overtime. Aubrey Smith scored four of her 10 points in overtime for Irondequoit. Mady Kelly led the Titans with 18 points while Bella Fanale chipped in 14.

Garwood’s 339 career threes is currently third all time in NYS. He needs just four more to move into second place only behind Joe Girard (668).
