Will Taylor connected for six of his 14 points in the third quarter when McQuaid outscored Edison 17-10 to pull away from a single-possession game. Taylor hit a pair of 3-pointers in the stanza. Max Schalm added four of his 14 points during the third as well. Anthony DiMarco finished with 11 points in the game for the Jesuit Knights. Casey Montesano and Chris Woodard scored nine points apiece. Colin Bavibidila contributed eight point, and Ian Florence had eight. Edison’s Brandon Latson led all scorers with 18 points. Tyler Bethea added 13 while Davijon Lipbscomb had 11. Mike Morgan (9), Marcqell Freeman (6), Divine Thomas (2) and Edmari Binion (2) also scored for the Inventors.

Four players combined to hit five 3-pointers in the third quarter when Sutherland outscored Penfield 23-7. Leading 25-22, Bobby Dodge connected twice from long range in the stanza while Chandler Reynolds, Tyler Mullin and Everett Wilcox each found the range from distance. Sam Pisanelli finished with a game-high 22 points. Mullin had 11 points. Wilcox added eight points and Reynolds had five. Matthew Drago (3), Ivan Goettler (2), Henry Goldstein (2), Max Michalski (2) and Dutch Pestorius (1) also scored for the Knights.

Reggie Smith, Jr. led three Brighton Bruins in double figures with 15 points. The sophomore guard connected seven times from the floor including three field goals in the first quarter when Brighton jumped to a 22-13 lead. Matt Howe added 13 points for Brighton. Andrew Falter had 10. Eli Desandis and Andrew Kotrides finished with seven points apiece. Brad Merola had six points. David Tisa, Jr. (5), K’Vaughn Austin (3), Trygve Watkins (3), Quinn O’Brien (2), Kyle Smith (2), Nicko Martinez (2) and Sofian Syed (1) rounded out the scoring for Brighton. Maron McDonald led Odyssey with 16 points. Jazir Larkins and Gavin Williams added four points apiece. Josh Tantalo scored three points while Zack Ganger had two points.

Nick Hauman finished with 14 points, eight rebounds, six steals and three blocks to lead Schroeder. The senior guard connected twice from behind the 3-point arc in the third quarter when the Warriors erased a halftime deficit to take an eight-point lead into the final eight minutes. Tyler Race accounted for all eight of his points during the decisive stanza. Race finished the game with six assists and four steals. Ben Carey had 12 points and Jon McCaffrey, 10. Gio Schillaci hit three 3-pointers for all nine of his points. Borce Kocovski (8), Michael Salina (5), Alex DeRosa (4) and Jack Cannon (3) also scored for the Warriors. Wayne connected on four 3-pointers in the first quarter, and Mason Blankenberg scored six of his game-high 20 points in the second as the Eagles took a 25-21 lead into halftime. Paul Ostrowski III added seven points in the game. Sean Nells and Alec Gilbert scored six apiece while Jacob Johnson (4), Nathan Coleman (3) and Noah Means (2) rounded of the scoring for Wayne.

The senior connected on five 3-pointers in the game including two in the first half when the Knights built a 12-point lead after the firs 16 minutes of play. Andrew Eschner scored all 14 of his points during the first half. Larry O’Neal grabbed 11 rebounds for the game to go with five points. Gavin Jones finished with seven points and five assists. David Eschner and Ben Gristak scored six points apiece for Northstar. Justin Robinson added five points. Gerod Jackson led Vertus with 23 points. Daymeir Cain and Jayden Ridley-Smith added 11 points apiece. Tajmeik Hawkins scored eight. Reginald Pough and Trevor Scott both scored four points while Earlington Walker had two points.

Reese Powers added five points and three rebounds. Tyler Mallaber grabbed five boards to go with two points.

CJ Gottler and Connor Scott combined for 17 points in the second quarter when Elba outscored Byron-Bergen 21-10. Gottler connected on two of his six 3-pointers on the night during the stanza and added another field goal. Scott scored nine in the second to help the Lancers to 34-20 advantage heading into the break. Gottler finished the night with 20 points on 6-of-13 shooting from long range. Scott had 17 points. Zach Marsceill added 11. Mike Long and Angelo Penna scored four apiece for the Lancers. Byron-Bergen’s Ryan Muscarella and Corden Zimmerman accounted for 13 points apiece including seven and four respectively in the fourth quarter when the Bees outscored Elba 22-16. Gianni Ferrara added 11 points. Braedyn Chambry had seven points. Alex Donnelly (5) and Colin Martin (4) also scored for Byron-Bergen.

DQ Johnson-Myers added 12 points and four steals for the Tigers who were playing without the injured Matthew Auble. Bryce Tallman paced Perry with 15 points. Braeden Wolfganger had 11 points.

Zarriah Eldridge, Emma Romach and Aniyah Eldridge had four steals apiece while combing to score 25 points.

Callie Walker finished with 17 points and 17 rebounds to pace Midlakes. Grace Murphy added 10 points, 17 rebounds and five steals for the Screaming Eagles which led 30-18 going into halftime. Kate Mahoney chipped in 10 points, and Cate Peacock had nine in the win. Mary Givens (7) and Hanna Godkin (6) also scored for Midlakes. Livonia’s Kylie Buckley finished with a game-high 20 points. Libby Kwak added nine points while Kelsey Stewart had five. Emma King and Mary Kwak scored two apiece for Livonia. Madison King had one point.
