JC Walker scored 15 of his game-high 25 points in the first half when Lyons opened an 18-point advantage. The junior connected five times from the floor during the opening 16 minutes and converted all five of his free throw attempts on the night. Jay Battles added 13 points in the win while Jaiden Lopez and Tony Pierre had eight points apiece. CyQuire Norvel (7) and Quintin Franklin (2) rounded out the scoring for the Lions. HAC’s Max Yamil-Cabezudo-Brown connected three times from behind the 3-point arc and paced the Wolves’ offense with 16 points. Theo Colosimo added seven points while Jose Morrero and Carter Reid had six apiece. Ryan Curwin scored five. Quinn Hartman (3), Sean Thoddy (3) and James Dorsey (3) also scored for HAC.

Michael Rowland converted a go-ahead free throw late in the game, and Zach Colvin added a pair in the closing seconds from the line as Avon outlasted Dansville. Colvin posted a double-double in the win with 14 points and 12 rebounds. Teammate Jack Browne matched Colvin with 14 points and grabbed eight boards of his own. Josh Harter scored nine points. Hudson Volpe had eight. Andrew Rowland finished with six points and four assists. Trevor Stroud had five points. Ninth grader Owen Reynolds accounted for nine points and three assists while Jacob Schaffer had seven steals and six assists. Michael Gilbert led Arkport-Canaseraga with eight points.

Ben Jessop scored eight of his game-high 20 points in the first quarter when Romulus jumped to a 20-8 lead. Jessop connected four times from the floor during the opening eight minutes and added five more points in the second quarter as the Warriors built their advantage to 39-17 heading into the locker. Henry Morse added 18 points in the win, and Zach Butler had 13. Connor Franklin (9) and Mike Kaufman (3) also scored for Romulus. Liam Kressly paced Hammonsport with 14 points. Preston McConnell added five points. Cooper Watson scored four while Ty Ritter and Logan Zimmerman had three points apiece. Isaiyah Ali scored two points, and Cody Cook had one.
