League rivals Bath-Haverling and LeRoy will meet in sectionals, Wednesday, for the second straight year. This time the Livingston County foes will decide the 2020 Section V Class B2 Girls’ Soccer Championship. Here’s the breakdown:

How they got here: Bath-Haverling shut out North Rose-Wolcott, 6-nil, in the quarterfinals and beat sixth-seeded Dansville, 3-1, in the semifinals. LeRoy won both of its sectional games, 5-nil, over fifth-seeded Waterloo and ninth-seeded Mynderse.

History 101: This will be the second straight year Bath-Haverling and LeRoy match up in sectionals. The Lady Oatkan Knights shut out the Lady Rams, 2-nil, in last season’s quarterfinals. These division rivals have played each other five times over the last two years to a 2-2-1 stalemate. LeRoy won two of three meetings last season and outscored Bath-Haverling, 3-nil, with the other match resulting in a 0-0 tie. Bath-Haverling won both meetings this year and outscored LeRoy, 10-5.
A 6 p.m. kickoff is scheduled at Bath-Haverling High School.
