Hudson Volpe netted a pair of goals to lead Avon to its fourth straight victory. The sophomore midfielder scored both goals in the first half: he struck early in the fifth minute and followed up again in the 32nd minute. Lee Hartke applied a dagger of his own in the 61st minute. Cam Salvati added two assists and Carson Williams one.

Maria Karipidis and Abby Zollo both scored second-half goals as Honeoye Falls-Lima pitched its fifth consecutive shutout. Zollo broke the scoreless stalemate in the 48th minute and Karipidis added insurance nine minutes later. Karipidis assisted Zollo’s goal as well. Mari Spitz was credited the helper for Karipidis’s point. Spitz only needed one save for the clean sheet as well. During the Lady Cougars’ shutout streak, they have outscored their opponents, 16-0.
