Newark sophomore Isaiah Camp contributed to a Reds squad that won 12 games and advanced to the sectional semifinals as a No. 7 seed. The 6-foot-5 center shot 49 percent (47-of-96) from the field and scored 7.0 points per game. He corralled 8.4 boards and swatted 1.1 shots.
On December 29th in the Berkman Classic final, Camp exploded for 19 points on 8-of-11 shooting, 17 rebounds, six blocks and five steals in a 59-56 win over Canton (III).
Camp will return for his junior year in an expanded role along with freshman Raeshawn Howard.
