Franklin went 10-for-10 from the free throw line as a team in the fourth quarter as the Quakers avenged an early-season loss to Wilson Magnet. Tahjir King’s triple double led the way for Franklin, as King scored 15 points, grabbed 15 rebounds, dished out 11 assists and blocked six shots. Jaylin Jordan paced the Quakers’ scoring efforts, netting 22 points. Gary Simms was the other player in double figures for Franklin, scorching the nets for 17 points. Teriq Johnson (5) and Dayvion Scott (3) rounded out the scoring for the Quakers. Brennan Clark had 18 points to lead Wilson Magnet in scoring. Zavarius Henry’s 14 points and Latief Holmes’ 13 aided Clark’s scoring efforts. Christian Harmon (8), James Johnson (5) and Derrick Simmons (2) also scored for the Wildcats.

Edgardo Ortiz scored nine points, Terrell Wilson Jr. had eight and Jahon Jones and Jake Cerone netted seven apiece. Tre Jackson (6), Tyler Curtis (6), Tyler Simmons (2) and James Reaves Jr. (1) also aided Greece Athena’s effort. Myles Blackwood paced Aquinas’ offensive efforts with a 21-point effort. Wesley Henderson and Jack Bleier scored 13 points apiece for the Li’l Irish. Gabe Miller rounded out the double figure scorers for Aquinas with 11. Nick Graziano and Ryan Kurtz scored eight points apiece for the Cadets and Jason Story pitched in seven. Landon Ciliberto (4), Colin Burkis (3), Michael Maddox (3), Joe Grasso (2) and Peter Reyes (1) all helped out for Hilton. Kobe McCray’s 18 points and Adam Williams’ 11 led Gates-Chili’s offense. Greece Arcadia captured its first win of the season behind 15 points from Vincent Cacia. Randy Malone, Jerell Robinson, Anthony Stephenson and Gabriel Taylor all scored five points for the Titans. Ellington Hall and Tony Arnold both hit the 20-point mark in Eastridge’s second consecutive win. Hall finished with 21 and Arnold netted 20 on the nose. Percy Robinson pitched in 16 points, while Mykael Miller and Jalen Rose-Hannah scored 13 apiece. Ryan Judd and Sam Velletri both scored 17 points for Brockport. Esten Schalge poured in 12 points and was the only other Blue Devil to score in double figures. Shamar Lee added seven points, Troy Liebert had six and Kevin Lawrenz scored five. Although there were more than 10 minutes remaining, the students proved correct. Pittsford Mendon (11-5) pulled away to win, 75-61, over Greece Odyssey (10-6) on the Vikings’ Senior Night. Mendon was led by junior Jacob Shadders’ 21 points and 10 rebounds, while senior Nate Strauf joined him with a double-double of his own with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Andrew Mason exploded for 34 points, including six makes from behind the arc, as Webster Thomas opened up a nine-point lead with a 35-23 run over the second and third quarters. Brendan Connolly’s five points and Aristo Visca’s three rounded out the scoring for the Titans. James Kennedy led the way with 17 points, then Josh Davis added 15. Riley Stella scored 13 points and David Cuozzo and Timmy LaGeorge scored 11 apiece. Joey Laursen paced Caledonia-Mumford with a double-double, notching 24 points and 15 rebounds. Adam O’Donoghue scored 16 points and grabbed six rebounds for the Raiders. Vin Molisani also pitched in, scoring 13 points, ripping down five boards, dishing out five dimes and collecting five steals.
