ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Winners of five straight including four in a row last week, the Lake Monsters took home both of the Interstate Collegiate Baseball League (ICBL) weekly awards. Tyler Coy (Canisius High School) was named Player of the Week, and Dylan Hillabush (SUNY Brockport) was named ICBL’s top pitcher for the week of June 24-30 as announced Monday.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK (6/24 – 6/30) Rochester Division

In four games last week, Coy led the ICBL in OPS (1.936), slugging (1.222) and on-base percentage (.714) while tying for the league’s top batting average (.556). The Canisius High School graduate reached base in all four games last week going 5-for-8 in the process. Coy collected four walks and was hit by a pitch once. He homered once, doubled, tripled and drove in seven runs for the week.
PITCHER OF THE WEEK (6/24 – 6/30) Rochester Division

Hillabush struck out eight and allowed one run over six innings to earn his second straight Pitcher of the Week honor. The left-hander logged a struck percentage of 2.061 during his one appearance. In 22 innings of work this summer, Hillabush has limited opponents to two runs.
