ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Justin Graham (St. John Fisher) hit .500 for the week and proved to be a pest on the base paths. Donnie Moffat (St. Bonaventure) kept batters off balance in a pair of appearances. The duo was named Interstate Collegiate Baseball League Player and Pitcher of the Week for June 3rd-9th as announced by the ICBL on Monday.
Graham led the Wings with four hits including two triples in eight at-bats over three games . The senior shortstop also walked twice and stole three bases. He scored three runs.
Moffat struck out 11 without issuing a walk in two appearances for the Flyin’ Fish. The senior left-hander allowed just one extra-base hit.
The Wings will take on the Monarchs on Monday for 5:30 PM start while the Fish and Lake Monsters do battle at 7:45 PM. Both games will be played at the University of Rochester’s Towers Field.
