McQuaid scored at least two runs in every inning to win at Historic Dodgertown in Vero Beach, Florida. The top of the order for the Knights (Drew Bailey, Ben Beauchamp, Noah Campanelli and Tyler Griggs) combined to go 9-for-13 with nine runs scored, eight RBI and two walks. Beauchamp led the offense, going 3-for-3 with a walk, two RBI and four runs scored. The University of Albany commit led off the game with an inside-the-park home run. Campanelli collected three hits in four at-bats, drove in a pair of runs and crossed the plate twice. Griggs was 2-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored. Bailey hit an RBI infield single in the fourth inning, drew a walk and scored a run. Zach Lee went 1-for-2 with a pair of RBI and two runs scored. Patrick Xander hurled a complete game three-hitter on 65 pitches. The senior pitcher allowed a walk, struck out five and retired the first seven batters he faced. The McQuaid Jesuit Knights have scored double-digit runs in five of their seven games. The Knights have not allowed a run in nine consecutive innings.

Pittsford Mendon struck for four runs in the first inning and added three more in the third and sixth to win at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Osceola County, Florida. Eight players collected a hit and seven drove in a run for the Pittsford Mendon Vikings. Senior second baseman Zach Janson had two hits in three at-bats and scored a run. Jon Surtel was 1-for-3 with a pair of RBI, a walk and two runs scored. On the mound, Andrew Bernacki, Hudson Bockmier, Riley Knickerbocker and Colin Smith combined on a two-hitter.

CANANDAIGUA 2
Michael Sculli threw a no-hitter on 107 pitches as Canandaigua won at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Osceola County, Florida. The senior left-hander allowed three walks, struck out 12 and retired 17 batters in a row. After allowing a walk to lead off the game, Sculli struck out the next six hitters he faced. Junior Dylan Mackenzie broke a scoreless tie with an RBI single in the third inning. Luke Pawlicki hit a sacrifice fly in the sixth to give the Canandaigua Braves an insurance run. The senior duo of Cooper Crunick and Tristan Tyndall both went 2-for-3. At the plate, Sculli was 1-for-3 with a run scored.

Cato-Meridian (III) scored all 13 runs through three innings, including nine in the first. For Sodus, the junior duo of John Molisani and Christopher Sergeant both drove in a run. Molisani drew a walk and Sergeant went 1-for-3 at the plate. Ethan Cramer, Paul James and Trent Orrange-Paton all collected a hit and scored a run. Orrange-Paton stole a base as well. Santo Caruana and Brady McCarthy both had a hit. Junior outfielder Antonio Lopez drew a pair of walks.

Patrick Xander collected two hits including a two-out triple in the second when McQuaid took a 2-0 lead and had all the runs its needed for the win. Drew Bailey finished 3-for-4 with a double and drove in two runs while scoring two more. Upon commit Tyler Griggs doubled, walked and scored twice. Ben Beauchamp and Noah Campanelli both finished with a hit and a run scored. Charlie Merkely scored twice and drove in another run. Zach Lee was 1-for-3 with a walk, a run scored and an RBI. Will Taylor allowed one run on four hits over five and a third innings pitched. Taylor struck out five and walked one. Christian Blatter tossed 1.2 shutout innings of relief. The game was played at Dodgertown in Vero Beach, Florida.
