Vanzell Johnson topped Fairport with 17 points, eight of which came in the second quarter. Andre Starks added 12 points on four three-pointers and Brett Heininger 10 points for the Red Raiders. After heading into the locker room trailing 30-27 at halftime, Fairport outscored the Titans 20-7 in the third quarter and 35-16 over the whole second half to break the game open. Andrew Mason led Webster Thomas with 16 points, all in the first half. Mason also grabbed five rebounds and handed out three assists. Garrett Reeves finished the game second in scoring for the Titans with 12 points.
