How they got here: McQuaid beat No. 12 seed Victor in the opening round. The Knights went on to beat No. 13 seed Webster Schroeder before toppling top-seeded Fairport in the semi-finals.
UPrep opened with a 64-46 win over No. 11 seed Churchville-Chili. The Griffins beat third-seeded Gates-Chili, 82-76 and No. 7 Hilton to reach their second straight final.
Last time they met: These two teams did not play this season. Jakhi Lucas connected on five 3-pointers when UPrep beat McQuaid, 72-53 in last year’s Class AA semi-final.

How they match up: McQuaid has won 11 of its last 12; UPrep five straight. McQuaid scored 70.6 points per game during the regular season while holding opponents to 64.1. UPrep scored 64.3 and kept opposing offenses to 60.1.
