History 101: HF-L is looking for its fourth straight title. The Cougars beat Aquinas, 2-0 in last year’s quarter-finals. The two teams played to a draw in the 2014 A2 semi-finals before HF-L advanced on penalty kicks. Aquinas last reached the finals in 2011. The Li’l Irish won the 2006 Class A crown.
A 5 p.m. kickoff is scheduled Tuesday night at Penfield.

History 101: Wayne soccer is looking for its first sectional title since 1974. Sutherland’s last title came in 2007 when the Knights claimed Class A’s top spot. Wayne beat Sutherland 3-2 in overtime in last year’s quarter-finals. Sutherland took a 2-0 decision between the two teams in the 2014 quarter-finals.
