ALBANY, NY– Freshman Brad Gneiting (Rice University) scored on an error by the catcher, giving the Dutchmen an seventh straight win. Freshman Teddy Paisley (University of Virginia) threw four-and-one-third scoreless innings for the Dutchmen, allowing two hits and three walks with four strikeouts. Sophomore Brandon Budlong (Johnson and Wales University) walked six but held the Dutchmen scoreless with three hits given up and three strikeouts over six innings.

ALBANY, NY– Senior Nick Gallo (Oklahoma State University) drove in three runs on two hits for the Dutchmen, who completed the sweep and have won eight straight games. Sophomore Tommy Miller (Siena College) tossed four-and-two-thirds innings, letting up three runs (two earned) on seven hits and three walks, striking out six. Incoming freshman Tyler Mattison (Bryant University) lasted four innings, surrendering five runs (four earned) on five hits and two walks, adding five strikeouts.

SYRACUSE, NY– Redshirt freshman Chase Hagerty (Southeast Missouri State University) fanned six batters over six scoreless innings, allowing three hits and one walk to send the Blue Sox home with a 10th consecutive loss. Freshman Ryan Marketell (Monroe Community College/Webster) earned the save with a scoreless ninth inning, keeping the Blue Sox to one hit and two walks. Sophomore Brenden McNerney (RPI) made it six-and-one-third innings, allowing two runs on six hits and four walks with two strikeouts.

BOONVILLE, NY– Sophomores Russ Olive (University of Massachusetts-Lowell) and Tim Zeng (Fairfield University) each had two RBI and two hits to keep the DiamondDawgs in second in the East Division. Sophomore Tyler Ksiazek (Monmouth University) punched out 12 in six-and-two-thirds innings of work, giving up five runs on five hits and one walk. Sophomore Steffen Torgersen knocked in three runs for the Trail Blazers. Freshman Mike DeLease (Central Connecticut State) let up five runs on five hits and three walks with three strikeouts in six innings.

JAMESTOWN, NY– Junior Collin Stack (UMBC) and freshman Connor Rule (Kansas State) combined for four RBI on two hits in the Jammers eighth straight win, making them the first team to 10 wins this season. Sophomore Bradley Griggs (University of Texas-San Antonio) allowed three runs on six hits and two walks in six innings, fanning seven. Sophomore Colin Johnston (Monroe Community College/Greece) pitched two-thirds of an inning in relief for the Jammers, giving up one hit and striking out one. Freshman Anthony Nucerino (University of Connecticut) and sophomore Marshall Gilbert (John A. Logan College) had a combined three hits and four RBI for the Pioneers. Freshman Jackson Tedder (University of Virginia) was knocked out of the game after surrendering five runs, seven hits and three walks in four innings, but struck out three.

Freshman Jason Antalek (Iona College) threw five innings, letting up three runs, six hits and three walks, adding four strikeouts. Sophomore Stone Pellegrino (Wofford College) brought home two runs on two hits for the Outlaws. Freshman Danny Hobbs (Siena College) started for the Outlaws, going two-and-two-thirds innings and allowing five runs (four earned) on four hits and three walks with three strikeouts.

GENEVA, NY– Sophomores Joseph Tassin (Bossier Parish Community College) and Justin Etts (NJIT) had two RBI a piece in the Red Wing second straight wins. Junior Brian Reed (RIT/Penfield) ate up seven innings for the Red Wings, allowing three runs on seven hits and one walk with five strikeouts. Junior Liam Wilson (Canisius College) and freshman Danny Coleman (Hudson Valley Community College) had two hits and two RBI each for the Mohawks. Freshman Andrew Saalfrank (Indiana University) lasted four-and-one-third innings, letting up six runs (five earned) on four hits and four walks with five strikeouts.
