UTICA, NY– Freshman Brad Gneiting (Rice University) drove in two runs for the Dutchmen, who have won five straight games while the Blue Sox took a seventh straight loss. Freshman Thomas Spinelli (Ole Miss) struck out four over four innings and allowed four runs (two earned) on three hits and four walks. Redshirt junior Taylor Olmstead (Southern New Hampshire University) and sophomore Devon Garcia (Ohio University) each knocked in two runs for the Blue Sox. Incoming freshman Garret Keough (Holy Cross College) gave up six runs (two earned) on seven hits and four walks with six strikeouts in six innings.

LITTLE FALLS, NY– Junior Austin Pollack (Hofstra University) brought home three runs and scored once for the DiamondDawgs, helping them stay in a tie for first in the East Division. Freshman Josh Arnold (Fairfield University) lasted just one-and-one-third innings, letting up four runs on six hits and one walk, striking out one. Junior Dan Lowndes (Siena College) contributed a pair of RBI for the Dragons. Freshman Duncan Amrein (Bellarmine University) walked seven over three innings, also surrendering six runs (five earned) on three hits, adding a strikeout.

SYRACUSE, NY– Sophomore Webb Little (Ithaca College) delivered the walk-off run thanks to a sacrifice fly to centerfield, helping the Flames handed the Outlaws their first loss in three games. Sophomore Emmett Dunn (St. Lawrence College) fanned eight batters and allowed five hits and one walk over seven scoreless innings. Freshman Ryan Marketell (Monroe Community College/Webster Thomas) threw one-and-one-third scoreless innings in relief, with one hit and two walks allowed to his credit. Sophomore Jake Hershman (Wofford College) scattered four hits and two walks over eight scoreless and set down seven on strikes.

SAUGERTIES, NY– Incoming freshman Tyler Kelder (St. Bonaventure University) contributed three RBI to the Stallions’, who have now won three straight. Incoming freshman Avery Short (Siena College) made it seven scoreless innings with five hits and four walks let up, fanning four. Sophomore Grant Donahue (University of Virginia) started for the Pioneers, throwing five scoreless innings with four strikeouts, holding the Stallions to three hits.

GENEVA, NY– Freshmen Peter Battaglia (Niagara University) and Over Torres (Yavapai College), as well as sophomore Tanner Huddleston (Jones County Junior College), provided two RBI and two hit nights for the Pilots, who handed the Red Wings’ their first loss in five games. Freshman Kyle Griffen (Louisiana Tech) lasted five innings, giving up four runs on eight hits and three walks. Redshirt sophomore William Hampson (Southwest Tennessee Community College/Victor) brought home a run for the Red Wings. Freshman Jared Kacso (NJIT) tossed six innings of five runs and six hits allowed with two strikeouts.
