AMSTERDAM, NY– Sophomore Justin Decker (Dominican College) went 4-for-5 with four RBI for the Dutchmen, who won a fourth straight game and grabbed a share of the lead in the East Division. Freshman Daniel Fischer (Louisville University) fanned three and allowed one run on two hits and six walks over three-and-two-thirds innings. Freshman Ben Anderson (Binghamton University) threw five-and-two-thirds innings, giving up six runs (three earned) on six hits and two walks with four strikeouts.

BOONVILLE, NY– Sophomore Kyle Ajjan (Monmouth University) scattered four hits and one walk over five scoreless innings to help the DiamondDawgs keep pace in the East. The left-hander struck out four. Adirondack’s Jonathan Hardy (Mohawk Valley Community College) allowed two runs (one earned) on seven hits and a walk over over six innings. He struck out three.

SAUGERTIES, NY– Sophomore Matt Feinstein (Dartmouth College) drove in two runs on two hits in the Stallions’ second straight win. Freshman Drew Farkas (University of Hartford) gave up four runs on three hits and three walks, striking out two, over four innings for the Stallions. Freshman Phoenix Hernandez (Southern New Hampshire University) hit a three-run home run for the Dragons. Junior Andrew Aikins (Skidmore College) lasted three-and-one-third innings, allowing four runs on five hits and three walks.

NEWARK, NY– Junior John Conti (Canisius College) brought home five runs on a hit and three walks as the Jammers outlasted the Pilots for a sixth straight win to take sole possession of first place in the West Division. Junior Nate Grant (St. Bonaventure University) made it five innings, letting up seven runs (four earned) on seven hits and two walks with a strikeout. Freshman Peter Battaglia (Niagara University) and sophomore Po-Chuan Pan (Fu Jen Catholic) combined for five hits and six RBI for the Pilots. Newark’s Peng-Fei Wang (Vanung University) allowed three run on four hits and three walks over five innings of work. He struck out four.

UTICA, NY– Junior Ben Dubas (Alvernia College) delivered a three-run triple for the Outlaws, who have won two straight games after starting the season 0-7. The Blue Sox have lost six straight. Freshman Michael White (Stonehill College) started for the Outlaws, going four-and-one-third innings and allowing five runs on six hits and four walks, striking out five. Redshirt freshman Justin Tavares (Mansfield University) knocked in four runs on two hits for the Blue Sox. Freshman Louie Varland (Concordia University) surrendered six runs (three earned) on seven hits and two walks while striking out five in five-and-two-thirds innings of his Blue Sox debut.
