SHERRILL — Vincent Timpanelli finished with two hits and seven RBI, including a grand slam in the bottom of the sixth as the Silversmiths have won four of their last five games. Timpanelli and Kingsley Ballao highlighted the offense in a five-run sixth as they each contributed with the long ball. Craig Sandford also homered in the game.

WELLSVILLE — Joshua Parks highlighted a three-run fifth inning with a home run as the Ridgemen won for the second time in their last three games. Christian Bitar went 3-for-3 including a RBI double in the seventh. Connor Dunn also had a RBI in the seventh as he drove in Bitar with a single.

Cortland Crush (5-2) 7
CORTLAND — Alex Flock went 1-for-3 including a sacrifice fly that drove in two earned runs in the bottom of the seventh as the Crush won for the third time in the last four games. Dylan Ott added an RBI sacrifice fly in the seventh. Charles Edwards led Cortland with two hits and TJ Wegmann had an RBI single in the fourth.
Syracuse Spartans (4-4) 3
Syracuse Salt Cats (4-5) 2
SYRACUSE — Edison Mercado highlighted the eleventh inning with a RBI single as the Spartans won in extras. Michael Bubniak fanned four and allowed two runs on four hits over six and a third innings. Nick Borek came out of the bullpen and scattered three hits over three and two-third scoreless innings. The Spartans are 3-0 on the season against their cross-town rivals.

ROME — Luke McDonald finished with three hits and two RBI including the go-ahead single in the bottom of the eighth as the Generals rallied from one down to beat the Rapids. Jacob Yish, and Devin Springfield also finished with three hits. Arik Sypher scattered three hits and fanned seven in six and a third scoreless innings of relief.
