Cavaliers and Rockets win in convincing fashion

Cleveland Cavaliers 116  Toronto Raptors 105 (CLE leads series 1-0)
CLEVELAND – LeBron James netted 35 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and handed out four assists as the Cavaliers took game one of the Eastern Conference semifinals. Kyrie Irving scored 24 points and dished out 10 assists. Tristan Thompson added a double-double with 11 points and 14 rebounds. Kyle Lowry recorded a double-double with 20 points and 11 assists for the Raptors. DeMar DeRozan added 19 points and seven rebounds.

Houston Rockets 126  San Antonio Spurs  99 (HOU leads series 1-0)
SAN ANTONIO – Trevor Ariza (23), James Harden (20) and Clint Capela (20) combined for 63 points as the Rockets took game one of the Western Conference Semifinals. Harden (14 assists) and Capela (11 rebounds) both had double-doubles. Kawhi Leonard recorded a double-double for the Spurs with 21 points and 11 rebounds.
