ROCHESTER, NY – Sunday’s Rochester Red Wings game at BB&T Ballpark with the Charlotte Knights was postponed due to inclement weather.

The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader when the Knights play a three-game series at Frontier Field from July 17-19. A specific date and time has yet to be determined.

Rochester has an off day Monday before opening a six-game homestand on Tuesday with the Gwinnett Braves. Ryan Howard, 2006 National League Most Valuable Player and 2005 NL Rookie of the Year, will be in town with the Braves.

The Red Wings are offering $3 off per online ticket for all six games during the upcoming homestand using the promo code WingsWin, which is active now at RedWingsBaseball.com. Rochester finished the road trip 2-3 but an extra dollar off was added due to the postponement on Sunday.
