John Gillon, a transfer from Colorado State, scored all 10 points of a 10-2 run to end the game for the Syracuse Orange as they defended the Carrier Dome and upset the Florida State Seminoles.
Andrew White III gave the Orange 24 points, and Gillon (21 points, 11 assists) and Tyler Lydon (14 points, 11 rebounds) each contributed a double-double. Jonathan Isaac had 19 points and 12 rebounds for a double-double for the Seminoles.
The Seminoles, ranked 25th in the country with a field goal percentage average of 48.6 percent per game, finished 23-60 (38.3 percent) from the field.
The Orange improve to 13-9 and the Seminoles fall to 18-4.

L.J. Peak put up 22 points, handed out six assists and grabbed three rebounds for Georgetown (12-10). Kelan Martin paced Butler (18-4) with 22 points, four rebounds and two assists.
