Counting down to tipoff and previewing the incoming players of the Patriot League with a look at the first-year players of the Holy Cross Crusaders.

Holy Cross finished 15-20 (5-13 in Patriot League play) last season and fell to Oregon in the first round of the NCAA tournament.

Bill Carmody and his staff welcome to the lineup Tyrone Cohen, Clayton Le Sann and Jack Stevens.

Tyrone Cohen G 6-5, 190 Fresh Meadows, N.Y./ Christ The King

What they’re saying about Tyrone Cohen – Steve Keller/National Recruiting Report: “He is their best recruit in this class. He will get good minutes as a freshman. He’s a decent athlete who plays out on the wing. He can shoot and make plays for himself and others. He’ll be able to get in the fray pretty quick.”

Clayton Le Sann G 6-4, 188 Geneva, Switzerland/Cheshire Academy (Conn.)

What they’re saying about Clayton Le Sann – Adam Finkelstein/ESPN: “Clayton is an international guard. He’s got a definite European style. He’s got good size. He’s left handed. He’s a true combo who’s going to be capable of playing on and off the ball, a very good passer. He’s skilled with the ball in his hands in terms of making shots. He’s going to be very good in that Princeton-style offense that Coach Carmody runs.”

Jack Stevens C 6-10 240 Ithaca, N.Y./ Kent

What they’re saying about Jack Stevens – Steve Keller/National Recruiting Report: “He has a chance to be pretty good in the league. He will be a little bit of a project, but I like his size. He has good mobility.”
