Toyi Hakizimana tallied four times to lead WOI to its third straight sectional title. James Weh picked up two assists. Aruba Jeylani and Jean Kennedy added one helper apiece. WOI will play C2 champion Marion in the regional qualifier Tuesday at Pittsford. A 5 p.m. kickoff is scheduled.
