WORCESTER, Mass. – Due to the threat of severe weather in the Washington, D.C. area, the Holy Cross men’s and women’s basketball games against American University scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 23 and 24, have been postponed in efforts to ensure the safety of both schools’ student-athletes, coaches, staff and fans.
The Holy Cross women (7-11 overall, 4-3 Patriot League) will now play host to the Eagles at the Hart Center on Tuesday, Jan. 26, at 7:05 p.m. The Crusader men (8-10 overall, 3-4 Patriot League) will travel to Bender Arena in Washington to face American on Monday, Feb. 1 at 2:00 p.m.
