Holy Cross to play three games on CBS Sports Network

WORCESTER, Mass. – Holy Cross director of athletics Nathan Pine has announced that three of the Crusaders’ men’s basketball games will air on the CBS Sports Network as part of the Patriot League basketball television package during the 2014-2015 season. Two other Holy Cross contests could also be shown on the CBS Sports Network, as the televised games for the final two Patriot League weekends of the regular season will be selected during the year. Other televised contests in either conference or non-league action will be announced at a later date.
The Crusaders’ first game on the CBS Sports Network will come on Monday, Feb. 2, when they play host to American at 7:30 p.m. Holy Cross will also play host to Colgate in a nationally televised game on Thursday, Feb. 5, at 7:00 p.m., and will travel to Bucknell for its third CBS Sports Network appearance on Sunday, Feb. 8, at 2:00 p.m.
Other possible televised games on the CBS Sports Network would be on Sunday, Feb. 22, at Navy, and on Saturday, Feb. 28, at Boston University. In addition, the CBS Sports Network will televise both semifinal games of the Patriot League Tournament on Sunday, March 8, and the championship game on Wednesday, March 11.
