49ers game with Georgia Southern picked up by NBC Sports Network

Charlotte, NC – The Charlotte 49ers men’s basketball team’s home game against Georgia Southern on Tuesday, November 13 will now tipoff at 9 pm and be carried nationally on the NBC Sports Network.

This game will mark the tenth meeting between Charlotte and Georgia Southern. The 49ers lead the all-time series, 7-2. Charlotte defeated Georgia Southern, 77-61, in Halton Arena in the NIT in their last meeting, March 14, 2006.

Charlotte has at least three non-conference games on National TV. The Georgia Southern game, the first game of the Alaska Shootout against Texas State (November 22) and the Florida State game (December 22) will both be carried by the CBS Sports Network.
