PHILADELPHIA – To honor those men and women that served our country, La Salle is offering free admission to any veterans (with proper identification) in recognition of Veterans Day for Friday’s men’s basketball home opener versus Lafayette at 7 PM. Free admission will also be offered for the women’s basketball home opener at 3 PM on Friday.
In addition, free gold rush t-shirts will be presented to the first 1,000 fans in attendance.
The game will also be broadcasted on the radio at WNTP 990 AM and video streamed through GoExplorers.com.
The Explorers are coming off a 74-58 exhibition win over Carleton on Friday night. Lafayette was picked to finish fourth in the Patriot League after reaching the PL finals last season.
