I totally did not take it that way. I took as a social comment about how an 18 year old kid viewed college recruiting at the time – skewed as it may have been. In my opinion, it’s been way blown out of proportion.
So because I wrote a lot about it I overreacted? What is the definition of overreation? The amount one puts into a statement? I’m even keel about it. Even their name bothers you.
Because it’s a discussion, I thought. It was brought up; I commented. Plus I have trouble explaining anything – I’m a little too wordy no matter what it is.
It’s a powerful response. I didn’t expect it like the majority has. I saw their comments as a flashback commentary. Unfortunately, their choice of words have caused this.
