The 2023 Section V Class D2 Baseball bracket features three teams from the Private-Parochial league and Allegany County, two Steuben County teams, and one Genesee Region team. The tournament will begin play on May 20th and the championship game will be played on May 27th.

No. 1 seed Northstar Christian has won its last eight games. Northstar Christian/Hope Hall won the Class D2 title in 2021. No. 2 Lima Christian has won five of its last six games, with the last loss coming to Northstar Christian.
