In the semifinals, the Lions defeated No. 4 seed Gananda 72-58. Geneseo blasted past No. 14 seed Clyde-Savannah 87-38 in the opening round before taking down No. 7 seed Alexander 67-65 in the quarterfinals. In the semifinals, the Blue Devils took down third-seeded Pembroke 54-31.
