Jack Leasure Shooting and Skills Camp Sectional Final Preview: Cuba-Rushford/Bolivar-Richburg and Le Roy set to fight for Class B2 championship

One program is looking for its first sectional title since 2015. The other is going for its first as a merged program. Cuba-Rushford/Bolivar-Richburg and Le Roy are set to battle on Wednesday to crown a Section V Class B2 champion. Here’s the breakdown:

History 101: Le Roy is looking to win its second sectional title in program history with the first coming in 2007. Cuba-Rushford and Bolivar-Richburg merged for this season. Cuba-Rushford won titles in 1996 and 2003 with Cuba taking an additional championship in 1990. Bolivar-Richburg claimed the C3 crown in 2015 and Bolivar won DD in 1994.

What’s at stake: A spot in the Class B Far West Regional Qualifier against either Dansville or Waterloo.
