Jon Roessel netted a game-high 21 points and Fairport, NYSSWA Class AAA No. 7 advanced to the sectional final with its third straight victory. Roessel scored 17, knocking down five triples along the way in the first half as the Red Raiders opened up a 44-30 lead at the break for their 12th win by 20-plus points. Hadi Dergham followed with 19 points while Alex Grejda added 15. Noah Meabon finished in double-figures with 11 points while Antonio Norse and Gannon Culver tallied two points apiece. For McQuaid Jesuit, Isaiah Jackson led the way with 13 points while Jeremiah Meyers posted 10. Andrew Gerenski chipped in eight points while Nick Fallat and Chris Leuzzi added six apiece. CJ Nicholson picked up four points while Gavin Vanderwal knocked down a three. Fairport takes on No. 3 Rush-Henrietta in the championship.

Down 14 heading into the fourth quarter, Milan Griffiths netted 14 of his game-high 27 points in the final eight minutes plus overtime to lift Rush-Henrietta to the title game. Kylan Burke followed with 12 of his 14 points coming in the fourth and overtime while Kingston Henry scored 11 points including nine in the second half en route to the Royal Comets 17-point comeback for their third victory in the last four outings. Aayush Bharati notched eight points while Oliver Wright and Kaden Thwaits put up six apiece. For UPrep, James Willingham led the way with 22 points while Ja’yvion Sampson and Gavin White posted 15 points apiece. Demetrius Walker Jr chipped in eight points while Javell Neal and Mysuan White picked up three apiece. Jaymanny Hamilton and Carmine Singleton tallied two points apiece. Rush-Henrietta faces off with No. 1 Fairport in the Class AAA sectional championship for a second-straight year.

Russell Ellis Jr. converted 3-of-5 free throws in the final minute of the third quarter and then set up teammate Edin Jusic for a basket before the horn to end the period as the Trojans, who trailed by eight after two quarters of play, took a 56-48 lead into the final eight minutes of play. Grady Gilligan stuffed the stat sheet with 16 points, 11 rebounds three assists and two steals while Aidan Weaver posted 16 points, six boards and three steals to lead Le Roy to the sectional championship and its third victory in the last four outings. Jagger Smith chipped in 10 points, two rebounds and a block while Brayden Chase added seven points, three boards and two steals. Matthew Hockey finished with four points, seven assists and three rebounds. For Waterloo, Ryder Tam led the way with 16 points in the second half while Nathan Barron scored 11. Carter Peterson followed with 10 points while Kellen Mahoney knocked down two triples for six points. Hayden Willett tallied two points. LeRoy faces off with No. 7 Mynderse in the Class B1 sectional final.

Down nine at halftime, Jaiden Pascoe netted a team-high 16 points in the second half to lead Bishop Kearney, NYSSWA Class B No. 21, to the Class B2 sectional championship. Jayden Capers scored nine of his 15 points in the final eight minutes to lift the Kings to their seventh straight victory. Owen Gorham posted 13 points in the final 16 minutes while DJ Hamer knocked down two threes for six points. Maddox Volpe added five points while Colby Speight picked up four. Jacob Rybczynski scored three points. For East Rochester, Justice Allen led all scorers with 24 points while Judah Tanner poured in 15. Ray’Davion Allen and Jason Hernandez chipped in seven points apiece while Noah Wollschleger followed with six. Bishop Kearney goes head-to-head with No. 2 Canisteo-Greenwood in the final.

Carson Chaffee led the way with a double-double of 14 points and 15 rebounds as Canisteo-Greenwood, NYSSWA Class B No. 3, advanced to the title game with its sixth straight victory. James Smith finished with 11 points and eight rebounds while Jack Beers scored 11 with nine coming from beyond the arc for the Chargers 18th win by double-digits. Kevin Sirianni also ended with 11 points, knocking down three triples along the way. Braelen Broome dropped a game-high 23 points for Charles G. Finney. Canisteo-Greenwood goes up against No. 1 Bishop Kearney in the championship.
