Geneseo’s Oren Ray scored 16 points and grabbed eight rebounds to lead Geneseo into the Class C1 final. Avery Hepler (14, with 6 rebounds) and Shay Hepler (10, with 7 rebounds) also reached double-digits in scoring, while Cam Caroccio scored seven points. Nick Connor (4), Evan Sorge (2), Eric Hammond (2), and Ethan Huynh (1) rounded scoring. Eric Hammond pulled down eight rebounds. Luca Baker scored six points, while Owen Schultz put up five. Lennox Kohurst (4), Kyro Castro (3), Nolan Peterson (2), Hunter Mast (2), Mason Weatherbee (2), and Connor Cwojdak (2) also scored. Geneseo plays Lyons in the Class C1 championship game on Saturday at the Blue Cross Arena.

After the Fighting Irish scored the opening points of the third quarter, the Bulldogs got a three-pointer from Kyle Schmitt and back-to-back baskets from Landon Washburn to force Notre Dame Batavia into a timeout. Honeoye ended up outscoring the Irish 21-12 in the frame. READ MORE.

Parker Bonafede scored 14 of his 22 points in the third quarter as York turned a 20-19 deficit into a 46-30 lead en route to a semifinal victory. Bonafede hit three three-pointers on the night and pulled down eight rebounds with five assists. Zach Bauer (14) and Yerial Diaz-Pena (13) also reached double-digits for the Golden Knights. Bauer had six of his points in a 12-4 second quarter that got York to within one by the end of the opening half. Mason Parsons (8), Luis Diaz-Pena (3), Brody Pangazo (2), John Ayers (2), Ryan Nichols (2), and Trent Englert (2) rounded out scoring. Peyton Joy led Cuba-Rushford with 11 points and also recorded eight rebounds. Adam Roe scored nine points and made 11 rebounds. Coleman Searle also racked up nine points. Zach Deck (7), Carter Brown (5), and Carter Getz (3, with 5 rebounds). York faces Honeoye on Saturday at the Blue Cross Arena for the Class C2 title.

Brody Vance racked up 37 points, including six three-pointers, to lead NYSSWA No. 3 Class D Andover-Whitesville into the Class D championship game. Andover-Whitesville took a 25-13 lead into the end of the first quarter and never relinquished it. Colton Calladine scored 17 points with three rebounds and three assists, while Vincent Joyce earned a double-double by scoring 10 points with 17 rebounds, while adding three assists. Jake Mattison (7), James Miller Young (7), Gavin Frangillo (6), Trey Kent (4), and Skyler Orpet (4) also scored. Ed Colon scored 13 points for Mount Morris, while Donovan Zuhlke scored six points with six rebounds and three steals. Eli Davis also tallied six points. Isaiah Rowley (4, with 8 rebounds), Ben Canary (3), Jeremiah Roberts (3, with 4 rebounds), Eli Clester (1), and Tommy Schmieder (1) rounded out scoring for the Blue Devils. Brayden Lewis pulled down five rebounds, while Adam Galvin recorded three. Andover-Whitesville faces Elba on Friday in the Class D title game.

Bing Zuber accounted for six of his 10 points as Elba used a 16-9 advantage in the final quarter to advance to the Class D final. Alex Roscoe (15), Nick Scott (14), and Brady Werth (10) also reached double-digits. Ryan Marsceill added to the scorebook with three points. Jasper-Troupsburg Nolan Vallieres led all scorers with 27 points. Landon Zver (8), Jim Ainsworth (4), Brayden Lawson (4), and Xavier Remchuk (2) rounded out scoring. Elba faces Andover-Whitesville in the Class D title game on Friday.
