The 2026 Class AAA bracket consists of four teams. Two teams represent Monroe County Division I while another comes from the Rochester City Atlantic Conference and one more from the Private-Parochial league. First round matchups tip-off Tuesday, March 3 with the final two teams set to meet on Friday March 7 at Blue Cross Arena.

NYSSWA Class AAA No. 10 Fairport looks to avenge a sectional championship loss this year as the No. 1 seed in the bracket with a 19-1 record. The Red Raiders enter playoffs with back-to-back wins by 10 or more points after taking their only loss of the season against NYSSWA Class AA No. 1 Penfield 80-58 back on Feb. 13. 18 of the 19 victories for Fairport have been by double-digits including four wins by 30-plus points. U Prep moves into the postseason as winners in two of its last three and a 13-6 record. The Griffins earned six victories by 10 or more points this season and are undefeated (3-0) in games decided by one possession. U Prep looks to rewrite history after falling the quarterfinals in 2025 to McQuaid Jesuit 62-58.

McQuaid Jesuit and Rush-Henrietta round out the field with 8-12 records. Rush-Henrietta enters the playoffs with victories in two of the last three matchups as the Royal Comets look to repeat as Class AAA Sectional champs after a 53-50 over Fairport last year. Rush-Henrietta has four wins by double-digits with its largest coming by 56 points and are 2-2 in games decided by three points or less. McQuaid Jesuit rounds out the field and have three double-digit victories in its last five outings. The Knights look to make some noise this year after falling in the semifinals last year to the reigning champs 65-57. Here’s the breakdown:
