The 2026 Section V Class AAA Girls’ Basketball bracket features two teams from Monroe County Division I, two teams from Monroe County Division II, two Private/Parochial teams, and one team from the Rochester City Athletic Conference.
Fairport (No. 23 NYSSWA Class AAA) enters the bracket as the top-seed with a 14-6 record. The Red Raiders will be trying to defend their Section V Class AAA title from a year ago against teams like the second-seeded Edison Tech/World of Inquiry, and third-seeded Aquinas (No. 27 NYSSWA Class AAA), who is the reigning Class AA champion.
