Two straight goals helped Pittsford advance to the semifinals of the Class A sectional tournament. Connor Edgecombe opened the contests scoring for McQuaid with an early second period short handed tally. David Pollard tied the game for Pittsford later in the period with an assist from Steffen Finke. Evan Weiner scored the game winning goal in the third period with help from Ryan Schmalstich and Casey Reagan. Pittsford will play the four seed Penfield in the semifinals on Thursday, February 26.

Jameson Pierandri, Corey Rene, and Garrett Martin all found the back of the net for the Red Raiders. Fairport will play number two seed Hilton in the semifinals on Thursday, February 26.

George Marron scored the overtime game winner to help Penfield advance to the Class A sectional semifinals. Wesley Maksymiu scored the other goal for the Patriots in the contest. Nick Maslowski scored the lone goal for Spartan Hockey. Penfield will take on top seeded Pittsford in the semifinals on Thursday, February 26.
