Saturday Football Wrap: Pusateri's three touchdowns send Pittsford to Class AA final

A three touchdown day by Brody Pusateri propelled Pittsford through the semifinals. Pusateri was 13-for-19 with 166 yards through the air, including tossing a 44-yard touchdown pass to Jesse Jablonsky and a 37-yard scoring strike to Dayshawn Preston. It was one of two touchdowns for Preston, who also racked up 76 yards receiving and made two interceptions on defense. Eric Chen led the Panthers with 76 rushing yards, while Jablonsky tallied 71 receiving yards while making seven tackles and a punt block on defense. Max Ciavarri led Pittsford with 14 tackles. Mason Harrington (8) and Justin Hanson (6) also got in the tackle column. Lorenzo Geminiani Vega hit a 25-yard field goal. Pittsford will face Penfield in the Class AA championship game on Nov. 15 at SUNY Brockport.
