They’re among six double-digit win teams in the Class C1 field, including 2023 champion Byron-Bergen/Elba (12-4-0), who slot in as the three seed. Sodus, who was eliminated in the first round in 2024, comes into the sectional tournament as the two seed at 12-3-1, and on a five-game winning streak.
First-round action opens with Addison taking on Pembroke, Holley facing Red Creek and Williamson playing Pavilion/York on Wednesday for a spot in the quarterfinals. If Addison wins, it would set up a 2024 quarterfinals rematch with East Rochester.
