The 2025 Section V Class AA Boys’ Soccer brackets features 16 teams: of those, 15 are from Monroe County leagues and one from the Rochester City Atlantic Conference. The opening round of the tournament kicks off on Tuesday, Oct. 21 with the title game scheduled for Halloweeen night, Friday Oct. 31st.

Spencerport, the reigning Class AA champions head into the post season as the No. 2 seed (11-4-1) behind top-seeded Churchville-Chili 12-1-2. Spencerport has won sectionals two of the last three years and is aiming for its 15th in program history. Churchville-Chili last title came in 2023 and is looking for its eighth in school history. In the two regular season matchups, Churchville-Chili edged Spencerport 1-0 in both games. The Saints’ only loss on the season came against reigning Class AAA state champs Fairport.

Joining Churchville-Chili and Spencerport in the Class AA field included third-seed 12-4 Greece Arcadia and fourth-seeded 10-6 Hilton. Greece Arcadia aims to earn its 11th title in program history and first since 2016 while Hilton looks to grab its first in four years and fifth in school history. After falling in the first round of playoffs in 2024, Greece Arcadia enters the post season on a six-game win streak while Hilton comes in winning two of its last three.

Outside of the top four include the reigning Class A sectional champions Brockport (9-6-1). Brockport made the move to Class AA this year in search for its sixth title in program history and go back-to-back for the first time since 2005-2006. Penfield (7-5-2) enters as the sixth seed coming off a 2-2 tie to end the regular season against Churchville-Chili while seventh-seeded Brighton (7-6-3) comes in looking for vengeance after falling in the sectional final 2-0 to Spencerport. Eighth-seeded Webster Schroder (7-8) rolls into the postseason in search for its first title in 13 years where the Warriors three-peated from 2009-2012.
