Tuesday Girls’ Soccer Wrap: Schmeelk nets four goals to lead Williamson; Smith scores overtime game winner for Newark/Lyons

Evelyn Wick scored twice in the first half to give Geneseo a lead they did not give up in a shutout win. Grace Janczak scored a goal and added an assist. Emileigh Perrotta and Lilia Kubrich both finished the game with an assist. Alexa Cummings recorded five saves and a shutout in net.

HONEOYE FALLS-LIMA (4-11) 0
PITTSFORD SUTHERLAND (13-3) 3
Allyssa Hatch led Pittsford Sutherland with a goal alongside an assist, and the Knights won their ninth straight. Stella Livernash scored the first goal of the game off an assist from Hatch. Elizabeth Riley found the back of the net in the second half after a pass from Lola Conant. Emma Wesley finished the game with an assist.

OAKFIELD-ALABAMA/ELBA (6-10) 0
Kayla Irwin scored the lone goal of the game for Northstar. Alisha Demarest ended the game with 13 saves and a shutout.

NOTRE DAME-BATAVIA (6-10) 2
Emilie Noble and Emma Fitch both found the back of the net and recorded an assist to lead Notre Dame-Batavia to back-to-back wins to end the regular season. Sofia Falleti wrapped up seven saves and her third shutout in the past four games.

WAYNE (12-1-1) 4
Amaya Glessing found the back of the net twice to lead Wayne to a ninth shutout win this season. Adriyanna West scored off a connection from Madison Herbst and added a team-high three assists. Claire Gabriel finished with a goal to round out the scoring.

Gwyneth Panek netted a goal in each half to help Waterloo rebound from a loss. Bailey Rossignol scored an unassisted goal. Rachel Olsowske and Ava Bailey each recorded an assist.

Adrianna Smith netted the overtime game winner in the 81st minute off an assist from Sophia Delfs. Ryann LaRue recorded three saves and a shutout in net.

Ruby Berry scored the lone goal of the game for Penn Yan off a pass from Gracelynn Lewis in the 48th minute to secure a win. Emma Lowcock added a save and a shutout in net.

GANANDA/MARION (10-3-1) 9
Mia Marcucci and Lydia McKay both netted a pair of goals apiece to lead Gananda/Marion to a second straight shutout win. Marcucci also recorded an assist. Lily Aylett, Hannah LaBarge, Shasha Mulowayi and Jordyn Brice each finished the game with a goal alongside an assist. Maddy Verkey also finished with a goal. Leah Buffan and Lexi King both ended with an assist.

Lauren Schmeelk paced the Williamson offense with four goals alongside an assist. Haeden Wing and Jocelynn Carpenter both finished the game with a goal and an assist. Natalie Karasinski added a game-high two assists while Callie Leisenring had one assist.

Sunny Quinn scored a goal and recorded two assists in Livonia’s sixth straight win. Ella Bingham and Molly Hitchcock both found the back of the net for the Bulldogs. Madison Beach added an assist.

BYRON-BERGEN (13-2) 5
Elizabeth Starowitz recorded a goal in both halves and one assist to lead Byron-Bergen to an eighth straight win. Mia Gray scored a goal and recorded a team-high two assists. Grace DiQuattro added a goal and an assist. Lucy Rea finished with an unassisted goal.

Lyla Greenfield and Anna Mitchell both scored in the second half to lead Canisteo-Greenwood to its eighth straight win. Kora Button ended the game with an assist. Brystol Butler wrapped up two saves to record a clean slate.
