Monday Boys’ Soccer Wrap: Rosado is golden for Brockport; Ali’s hat trick keeps WOIS/Edison/Padilla/SOTA rolling

WOIS/EDISON/PADILLA/SOTA (6-2-0) 6

Ibrahimu Ali recorded a hat trick, scoring two of his first three goals in the opening half, as WOIS/Edison/Padilla/SOTA rolled to its sixth win in the last seven games. David Ndabwa opened the scoring in the 18th minute. Moises Santos and Moise Tuvibidila both chipped in a goal. Ndabwa picked up a pair of helpers. Luisbert Rossis, Santos and Donis Vasquez Lopez all tallied an assist apiece.

IRONDEQUOIT (3-6-0) 1
BROCKPORT (8-1-0) 2 (2 OT)

Cash Rosado found the back of the net on a pass from Tyler Archibald, scoring the golden goal in double overtime. Archibald opened the scoring for Brockport in the first half. Ryan Camman picked up an assist. Ty Sherman made 11 saves in the win. For Irondequoit, Josue Kabata scored the lone goal on a feed from Kassem Kassem.

MYNDERSE (8-1-0) 2

Elijah Doell netted a pair of goals, and Mynderse rebounded from its first loss of the season. Aiden Lopez had an assist in the win.

ATTICA/ALEXANDER (2-6-0) 1

Jace Anetrini drilled home a feed from Christopher Summers, giving Attica/Alexander all the goal support it needed. Colton Spink made three saves in goal for the clean sheet.

FINNEY (4-2-1) 0
SODUS (6-1-0) 2

Nathan Aubin opened the scoring at the 30 minute mark in the first half, giving Sodus a lead it would not relinquish. Cooper Ingersoll found the back of the net after the break for the final goal. Ingersoll also dished out an assist on the Aubin goal. Kyle Pickering made four stops for a clean sheet.

WILLIAMSON (3-4-0) 1
EAST ROCHESTER (7-0-1) 3

Judah Tanner opened the scoring and gave East Rochester a lead it would not relinquish. Perry Francis followed after the break, giving the Bombers a two-goal lead. Sean Lewis rounded out the scoring. For Williamson, Ben Burns drilled home a penalty kick for the lone goal.

GANANDA (7-3-0) 8

Idan Fridman and Justin Simpson both scored a pair of goals, pacing the Gananda offense at home. Owen Richards scored and added an assist. Jacob Frey, Jayden Holmes and Peter Jacob all found the back of the net. Henry Shutts dished out a pair of assists. Brady Wadsworth, Richards, Brody Oleksyn and Finnegan Cotter each dished out a helper. Jackson Giancursio made three saves for a clean sheet.

NORTH ROSE-WOLCOTT (3-5-0) 4
RED CREEK (1-7-0) 2

Landon Bundy found the back of the net twice, leading North Rose-Wolcott in a Wayne County showdown. Evan DeWispelaere and Chase Kerr both scored a goal to round out the scoring. DeWispelaere also dished out a pair of helpers. Cody Crane and Masyn Debout also tacked on an assist apiece.

AVOCA-PRATTSBURGH (4-3-0) 0

Connor Betrus scored twice in the second half, part of a four-goal barrage to keep Naples undefeated. Betrus scored twice in a 17 minute span. Maddox Mannella opened the scoring 58 seconds after the break. Riccardo Izzo scored the fourth goal 34 minutes into the second. Mannella also dished out a pair of assists. Oscar Austin and Oliver Bruen both tallied an assist.

KENDALL (10-0-0) 4

Brenden Eichas netted a pair in the first half, as Kendall became the first Section V team to eclipse the 10-win mark this season. Eichas also dished out an assist. Brandon Barrett opened the scoring for Kendall. Pablo Rosario-Reyes added a goal. Tyler McCue and Barrett both chipped in helpers. Jonathan Conte made three saves en route to a clean sheet.

Christian Mazur found the back of the net in each half, powering Northstar Christian to a sixth win in a row. Mazur also added an assist. Javier Leon scored a goal and had an assist. Sam Bugota and Carter Grabowski both added a goal. Addison Spargo chipped in a pair of helpers. Landon Young assisted the Leon goal in the second half.

FRIENDSHIP-SCIO (1-6-0) 0

Nolan VanGordon blasted home a feed from Brighton Brewer, giving Jasper-Troupsburg all the goal support it needed on the road. Landon Zver made 11 saves in net en route to a clean sheet.
