Eastridge ran away with a 14-1 victory over No. 10 Newark in the first round and upset No. 2 Palmyra-Macedon 6-1 in the quarterfinals. The Lancers then defeated No. 11 Honeoye Falls-Lima in the semifinals to make it to the title game.
