In a rainy clash of the top two seeds in Class B, Webster Schroeder junior Emma Rascoe threw for four touchdowns and intercepted another before returning it for a touchdown to give the Warriors a 41-26 victory and the program’s first Section V flag football title.

Webster Schroeder (13-1) led throughout the game, first scoring on a pass from Rascoe to Brynn Zoltoski to finish an early drive. The Warriors were up 20-0 by the time Arcadia (13-1) got on the board with 4:41 left in the first half on a touchdown pass from Aimee Turner to Kaitlyn Spring. Schroeder led by as much as 27 in the second half, with an early second-half pick-six snagged at the goal line by Addison Morgan stifling any attempts by Arcadia for a serious comeback.

In addition to the interception, Morgan caught two touchdown passes. Nina Amico caught the other Schroeder touchdown, but also caught a conversion pass.

Arcadia was led by Turner with three touchdown passes, two to Spring and one to Calleigh Tracz. Turner also had an interception. Samantha Mau had the other score for Arcadia, running in a reverse.

The Section V title is Schroeder’s first in flag football, and ended what had been an undefeated season for Greece Arcadia. This is Arcadia’s second straight year as a runner-up in the sectional title game, having finished behind Penfield in the Class A tourney in 2024.

Schroeder will face the Section VI champion to open the state tournament on May 31 at Highmark Stadium.
